My Sad Hobo Bag

I would love it if all my creative endeavors worked splendidly the first time. But no, I must say my hoobo bag is fraught with operator error. I must consult with the pattern creatrix to see where I spooged it up.

I love the cotton yarn I used. Number 1: it was on clearance for a buck. Number 2: The purples, blues and greens are a very soothing combination for me.

Next time, I think I'll make the bag section deeper.

See from this pic, it doesn't look all that bad.

But smack in the middle of this one, you can see where
I dropped a stitch.

Then the next one will show you just how bad my stitch work to fasten the handles together are.

Mind you, I probably wouldn't mind so much, but this is one of those things where you say proudly, "I made it" and folks look even closer at it. So I gotta work on some technique. And ego too.
